  • Athon’s 1st debenture issuance

  • Approval of Law 14.300/2022 (Distributed Generation Law)

2023

  • Capital injection by AZ Quest into Athon Energia S.A. via the issuance of preferred shares

2024

  • Portfolio acquisition (50 MWp)

  • Largest issuance of incentivized debentures in the history of the distributed generation sector in Brazil³ (AAA rating by Fitch)

2025

  • Portfolio acquisition (50 MWp)

  • New issuance of tax-advantaged debentures (Rated AAA by Fitch)
